Product Manager, Advertiser Products at Sharethrough

We defined the space and are looking for someone to help us create the next generation of native advertising.  Sharethrough powers the most tightly integrated ads on the web and our units are seen by hundreds of millions of consumers every month on the world’s top publishers. We are looking for a Product Manager to make buying Sharethrough the easiest and best experience possible.  Your main goals will be leveling up the capabilities and performance of our ad products, specifically with a focus on our newest type - enhanced ads. You’ll own the full product suite, developing tools and strategies that enable easy, sophisticated native ad buying. This includes working directly with programmatic buyers and our internal trading team to execute on performance goals.

About the Role

Lead development and expansion of the enhanced ad product suite to improve performance and offer new capabilities

Develop product and features for traders that generate programmatic direct revenue through increased spend

Own internal campaign buying workflow and collaborate with internal traders to enhance and evolve their capabilities and strategies

Run a lean-startup-based team of engineers

Oversee creation and tuning of performance-based inventory packages 

Partner with sales and internal operations to bring products to market and track market success

Develop and maintain a feedback loop with agency teams, traders and advertisers to gain an understanding of Sharethrough’s industry landscape and identify areas for competitive differentiation

Define, track and improve upon key business and product success metrics

About You

Equally technically comfortable and customer oriented with a solid understanding of the Adtech industry 

2+ years product management experience preferred 

Hands on experience building tools, automating complex workflows and launching new products that drive meaningful revenue

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in a concise and understandable manner to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing

Equally comfortable with seeing the “big picture” and meticulously thinking through every requirement 

Proficiency with data analysis, basic understanding of SQL is a plus

Exposure to agile/scrum software development methodologies
