We’re building a team of engineers in our Redwood City headquarters to develop a new suite of web and mobile financial products that will drive our next phase of growth. We're looking for a hands-on, driven Full Stack Engineering Manager who is a strong cross-functional collaborator, an effective technical leader, and caring people manager. This is a very visible role where you will grow a high-performance engineering team and lead the development of new, strategically important, next-generation mobile and web applications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Work effectively with product management and designers to understand business needs
    • Organize and drive the engineering team to consistently and predictably deliver high-impact products
    • Provide hands-on leadership in architecture, design, planning of engineering projects
    • Act as a mentor and role model for, and support the growth of, engineers on the team
    • Work with our Talent team to recruit top engineers

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

      • Strong business and technical sense

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills
      • 2+ years experience building and managing engineering teams
      • 5+ years experience building web and/or mobile applications
      • Working knowledge of front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue)
      • Working knowledge of Python/Django
      • B.S. in Computer Science or a related field

    • Experience with AWS, cloud deployments, develops and web security
