What We Need

Manager of Sales to drive a team of high performing Inside Sales Consultants to meet revenue targets and delight customers.

Your Area of Focus

  • Act as a Leader and exceed quota every month by mastering our value proposition and sales process
  • Play a key role in increasing sales and giving our prospective customers an outstanding experience
  • Lead an amazing inside sales team to sell an industry leading medical software platform
  • Spend a significant part of your day coaching and helping your team with deal strategies and jumping on demos and calls when needed
  • Manage sales reps through relationships, data, and your own secret sauce
  • Resolve escalated customer issues using your compassion and empathy for the customer’s situation
  • Maintain laser-like focus on the management of your sales pipeline
  • Build an amazing team within the Software Sales organization with your hiring and team building skills
  • Consistently improve your team’s win rates and help them master the sales process
  • Learn the various Kareo Processes and duplicate this knowledge with your team
  • Buckle up for a roller coaster ride and be ready to manage your team through multiple shifts in strategy and direction
  • Natural Teacher that enjoys instructing your team of product, industry, sales process, and Kareo processes

Your Qualifications

  • Ability to manage a sales team (inside or out) and can coach them to surpass sales goals
  • A profound desire to be part of something bigger than yourself and the confidence to deliver that message to our customers
  • Mastery of the sales funnel from cold call through building customer advocates
  • Superior consultative sales experience and experience managing a complex sales process with multiple stake decision makers
  • Experience developing reps and have a track record for helping them get over quota
  • Confidence and ability to check your ego at the door – Kareo is a very collaborative environment and we expect you to “show-up” every day
  • Comfort with all Microsoft Office products, Salesforce.com, and project management
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large task lists without losing sight of any important items
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner through the spoken word and email
