Facebook AI’s mission is to advance the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence through fundamental and applied research in open collaboration with the community. Our work covers the full spectrum of topics related to AI, including deriving knowledge from data: theory, algorithms, applications, software infrastructure and hardware infrastructure. We actively engage with the community through publications, open source software, participation in technical conferences and workshops, and collaborations with academia. Facebook AI researchers and engineers work from our offices around the globe: Menlo Park, CA, New York City, Seattle, WA, Montreal, Canada and Paris, France. Facebook is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional for its Facebook AI Marketing team to manage and grow its web properties, lead social marketing, and build out and execute integrated campaigns focused on driving awareness and engagement with Facebook’s AI initiatives and developer tools. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of digital marketing, web design, development, and optimization, social media management, paid media, brand marketing, and campaign measurement at a fast-paced technology company. This person will be asked to demonstrate thought-leadership, creative thinking, and the ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead design, development, and ongoing management and optimization of our various web properties
  •  
     
    Partner with internal teams and agency partners to develop social content, lead community management and evolve our social media strategy for owned channels
  •  
     
    Build quarterly integrated marketing plans across paid, earned, and owned channels to grow awareness and engagement with Facebook AI and our developer tools
  •  
     
    Manage agency partners to budget, structure, deploy, and optimize programs and campaigns
  •  
     
    Evaluate market and product trends to develop targeted programs and campaigns to reach our researcher and developer audiences
  •  
     
    Measure impact across web, social, paid, earned, and owned channels and align with desired objectives
  •  
     
    Synthesize learnings into actionable insights to shape plans and report best practices with cross-functional teams
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  •  
     
    BA/BS degree
  •  
     
    5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Marketing, and/or Lifecycle Marketing
  •  
     
    Experience working strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and deploy websites and campaigns across earned, owned, and paid media channels
  •  
     
    Experience with social media platforms, tools, and best practices
  •  
     
    Analytics and quantitative experience and experience using data to develop and measure across web and campaign channels
  •  
     
    Experience marketing to a technical audience
  •  
     
    Communications experience
