Are you looking for a role empowering new Sales hires in a leading growth-stage SaaS company?
 
As our Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll ensure the ramp to revenue for new sales hires is quick and will manage and execute the transformation of content requirements, vision, and direction from leadership into compelling actionable content that drives sales revenue. 
 
You’ll partner closely with our Director of Enablement to build a world-class enablement discipline ensuring our sales organization is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively position and sell the LeanData solution. You’ll work closely with other departments to proactively support our Sales team with an effective onboarding program, product positioning, sales assets, product education, industry training, and competitive differentiation. 
 
Responsibilities (what you’ll be doing):
  • Support our salesforce across a wide variety of programs and initiatives
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and communication of various programs
  • Play a key role in ensuring the salesforce has relevant, current resources that help them do their daily job 
  • Work with subject matter experts to create and package high-value, easy-to-use sales tools (sales guides, training decks, presentations, demos, collateral, calculators, competitive matrix, etc).
  • Collect feedback and metrics on the effectiveness of training and tools, and continuously work to improve the quality of content, format, and delivery 
  • Measure program effectiveness and compile results into management level presentations
  • Proactively identify creative and original thinking for approaches to develop sales training and content
  • Help deliver the right content at the right time via the right mechanism to ensure ongoing success for our teams!
 
Qualifications (What you’ll need to have):
  • 3-5 years of working experience in enablement, training, marketing, or event management role
  • A history of success in planning and managing complex, cross-functional programs
  • Leverage personal, professional and creative strengths to support the overall goals of the team
  • Exceptional organizational, program and time management skills - able to prioritize and plan effectively, process-oriented but always looking for ways to increase efficiency and productivity, relying on facts and data to make decisions
  • Actively seeks opportunities for self-development and implements coaching feedback
 
Qualifications (we’d like you to have):
  • Experience working with eLearning tools, content management systems and/or learning management systems
  • Recent experience in fast-growing global software or Saas start-up company
