We are seeking a results-driven, inspired, and modern-day HR professional to provide solutions to employee-related challenges while maintaining the balance between strategic partnerships and employee championship.
You will serve as the face of the People organization at our New York office while reporting to the Head of People, Culture & Organization based at our headquarters in Los Angeles. In this highly visible and key role, you will provide an array of HR services across the business with a particular focus on our employees in Media Revenue, Marketing, and Advertising. You will also bring your love and experience in the field of Learning & Development to be the driver of our company-wide employee development programs that will take our company to the next level.
If you are known for your “can-do” positive mentality, natural leadership presence, an infectious passion for the field of HR, “player-coach” working style, and proven ability to influence employees at all levels through various People- related programs, then we might be a fit.
