Sharethrough is seeking an energetic Customer Engagement Manager to join the team in our New York office. The CEM role will assist our sales team in all aspects of the sales cycle (pre & post) for both programmatic and direct-order campaigns. The CEM will be assigned to support a small number of regional sales team members, and will independently provide client-facing support from RFP stage through Completed (non-operations work).
Independently support Sales Managers on materials from client proposals through wrap decks, including presentations, Excel media plans, custom demos, etc
Manage media planning tasks for assigned accounts - checking inventory estimates, creating site lists, etc., in response to client requests
Act as a Sales & Client resource to answer and confirm product and process questions as part of the ongoing sales process
Organize & lead client kick-off calls
Collect assets & tags for client campaigns, managing hand-off to Ad Operations
Work with external & internal research partners on set-up of Added Value research projects
Identify opportunities for up-selling & incremental dollars
You have 3+ years of experience at an advertising technology company or digital publisher, including programmatic experience (and/or working with an agency trade desk)
You are organized, with solid time management and multi-tasking skills
You have a passion for sales, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills
You are proficient with Excel, in addition to being comfortable with Apple products, like Keynote
You are comfortable managing requests from multiple sellers, across several offices
