We are looking for a quality manager to lead and grow the ThoughtSpot quality team based out of Bangalore. In this role you would champion the cause of quality for Thoughtspot BI product. You will hire, groom, mentor and manage a group of talented software engineers in test who will work across multiple components of our deep technical stack to develop critical test frameworks and tools, defining approaches and practices that bring quality further upstream, and empower feature teams with actionable data that keeps quality top of mind. We will need someone who is technically strong, is passionate about quality, caring deeply about our product and our customers.
