Integrations Engineer at Partnerize

Purpose of the Role 

The main objective for the role is to integrate and launch new clients onto the Partnerize platform, whilst offering on going proactive and reactive technical support to ensure clients expectations are exceeded and business retained.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical relationships with a designated set of strategic Partnerize customers, becoming a trusted partner for relevant customer teams. Gain a nuanced understanding of our customers' technical landscape, current pain points, and vision for the future.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Client Services and key customer stakeholders to clearly frame the customers' business processes from partner/affiliate/influencer management perspective to identify the optimal technical solution

  • Leverage your expertise of the Partnerize technology to lead customers to well-architected integrations that utilize best practices and solve key problems to drive increased business value.

  • Collaborate with Partnerize Product team on escalated technical issues to deliver timely resolutions.

  • Work proactively with customers to identify issue patterns and drive continuous improvement of the technical solutions and integrations.

  • Advise and coach client development teams on how to best leverage Partnerize APIs, providing demos as required.

  • Project manage implementation for key customers and manage post-sale customer relationships form the technical perspective.

  • Identify, debug and resolve client challenges to support their growth and vision in the channel.

Relevant experience:

  • 3+ years relevant work experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably solutions engineering, with an impressive track record of retention and high customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience working with developers, preferably helping leverage APIs.

  • Proficiency in technical writing and producing technical documentation.

  • Experience driving large client integrations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, able to quickly establish credibility with engineering teams and technical leadership.

  •  Experience consulting with stakeholders to architect complex solutions with a focus on increased productivity, scalability, and performance.

  • Superb problem-solving skills: able to address technically focused customer escalations and proactively form solutions aligned with a customer's vision.

  • Strong working knowledge of at least one programming language, along with knowledge of REST APIs and SQL.

  • Preferred: Strong working knowledge of affiliate/influencer/mobile linking and tracking industry.
