We are looking for an experienced hire in our growing Product Operations team. The Product Operations team not only acts as the voice of our Quora community but also plays a critical role in developing and enforcing policies within the community. You will work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, security, finance, etc.) to build ground-up initiatives in order to scale support, moderation, internationalization, and monetization. This is a high impact, high-performance team and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the team can scale efficiently and effectively.
As the Vendor Manager, you play a key role in leading the team's engagement with various professional services providers for programs and vendor teams of all sizes. You will interact directly with both Quora and vendor leadership teams to ensure execution of our agreements and ensure performance and delivery.
