Talent Acquisition Resourcer at Blockchain

We are constantly growing and evolving so we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Team to support our global recruitment efforts.



  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Identify and organise events to promote Blockchain as an employer of choice, providing networking opportunities and building a strong employer brand
  • Support the company’s recruitment-focussed Social Media activity, promoting key roles and Blockchain’s working culture
  • Ensure that the team’s data is kept both accurate and up-to-date, and assist in producing reports that reflect its findings
  • Work towards the improvement of the recruitment team’s performance against KPIs, and contribute ideas around continuous innovation. Help to define initiatives that ensure that we remain current and attractive to new talent
  • Promote and encourage referrals with our existing staff, leveraging their network to find excellent talent
  • Take responsibility for team communications with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Take a leading role in arranging and running assessment days, recruitment fairs and other similar events
  • Manage job postings across various channels in conjunction with our applicant tracking system
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email to deliver a remarkable candidate experience
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies with the recruitment team and managing partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Coordinate between different departments of the organisation
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

  • Experience of supporting a recruitment function either in agency or in-house
  • Understanding of the candidate journey and recruitment lifecycle 
  • Experience using social media to promote and engage a wide audience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing and competing demands.
