Global Business Marketing is the Facebook team that works with brands, agencies and businesses around the world - AKA the best marketers in the world. We’re looking for a bold and prolific Creative Art Director with strong leadership skills to join a creative Copywriter and work on our largest business efforts across our brands – focused on Instagram, our Global Agencies and Small Business Clients; but also with Facebook, WhatsApp, and others. Our creatives need to have the ambition to create impactful cultural ideas. We need someone who is equal parts thinker, doer and maker. Ideal candidates will have a passion for design, typography, photography, film, craft and business, with experience in creating work for social media platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  
     
    Understand our platform tools and build impactful brand narratives across many different channels that include: advertising, events, partnerships, education, content, and product
  •  
     
    Collaborate and direct with both internal and external teams executing across mediums of video, digital, print, presentation and live events
  •  
     
    Inspire team members to raise the bar on our overall creative and strategic thinking, and continually drive best practices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  •  
     
    5+ years of experience as a creative director
  •  
     
    Bachelor's degree
  •  
     
    Experience with design and art direction software
  •  
     
    Experience creating global work
  •  
     
    Experience in conceptualizing ideas from ideation to launch, and developing creative assets across social media platforms
  •  
     
    Presentation and white boarding experience
  •  
     
    Applications must include a portfolio link to samples of your work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  •  
     
    Experience working in an Art Director and Copywriter team
  •  
     
    Passion for marketing as well as advertising, plus a desire to innovate and change the way businesses connect to their customers
