Facebook's Global Business Marketing team is looking for someone to lead the charge in evolving our Marketing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in empowering our partner business groups as we look to extend and refine our capabilities in effectively addressing audiences throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CRM systems and marketing technologies, data and analytics platforms, and be passionate about CRM and marketing data.
RESPONSIBILITIES

    Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop essential use cases
  •  
     
    Develop our overall CRM strategy
  •  
     
    Define a long-term, milestone-based roadmap
  •  
     
    Drive execution against key CRM initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  •  
     
    5+ years CRM and AdTech/MarTech experience
  •  
     
    Experience with data management, audience platforms, and system integrations
  •  
     
    Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team
  •  
     
    Bachelor's degree
