The Facebook Media Partnerships team is seeking a team member to build and enhance successful partnerships with global influencers and the organizations that support them. This role will be an important part of Facebook's growing Public Figure partnerships team, and will work to influence internal and external partners and implement strategic partnerships plans that support the team goals. The Partnerships team is the external arm of Facebook and works with the world's largest and most exciting organizations and public figures. This job requires high levels of execution, to help partners develop innovative social experiences. You should also expect to handle day-to-day operations, be able to field and prioritize incoming partner requests, troubleshoot partner issues and improve partner performance. This position will be located in our Los Angeles, CA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  
     
    Manage implementation and optimization of Facebook’s strategic partnerships with public figures and organizations
  •  
     
    Collaborate with partners to develop and execute innovative partnerships with Facebook
  •  
     
    Work closely with Partnerships colleagues to coordinate on key industry opportunities (e.g. around key events, shows, product launches, etc.)
  •  
     
    Be an internal advocate with cross-functional teams - ranging from product and engineering to communications and sales
  •  
     
    Develop strategic programs that drive growth and engagement
  •  
     
    Operationalize partner integrations and programs across our team
  •  
     
    Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  •  
     
    BA or BS degree
  •  
     
    7+ years of experience in an agency, publicity firm, talent management, studios, networks or tech
  •  
     
    Experience working directly with talent and talent representatives
  •  
     
    Experience thinking strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders
  •  
     
    Experience working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects objectives
  •  
     
    Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  •  
     
    Knowledge in the traditional entertainment and media industries.
