Facebook is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Development (Entertainment) individual to develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key digital entertainment publisher partners to drive product adoption and partner value. In addition to partnering directly with digital native studios, a large part of the role will also be collaborating with our various internal product and business teams. The Digital Publishers team collaborates with some of the world’s most exciting companies and start-ups. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage the strategy, implementation and optimization of Facebook’s strategic partnerships
  •  
     
    Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  •  
     
    Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with Facebook’s key partners
  •  
     
    Proactively resolve business issues with partners
  •  
     
    Be an internal advocate for the partners
  •  
     
    Build and manage scalable partner programs to drive broad adoption of the Facebook Platform
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  •  
     
    BA/BS degree
  •  
     
    At least 5 years experience, including 3+ years of similar partner or product experience
  •  
     
    Project management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple cross-functional projects
  •  
     
    Communication and presentation experience
  •  
     
    Proven experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
  •  
     
    Experience to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Technical background
  •  
     
    Experience to serve as a spokesperson for the Facebook Platform
  •  
     
    Proven track record of driving partnership strategy at a consumer internet company, among a diverse set of industries
  •  
     
    Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
