Workfront, the leading provider of Marketing Work Management, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in the Human Resources organization with experience and desire to drive a high-quality candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to become a trusted advisor. The recruiting team promotes the Workfront culture by becoming a brand ambassador and is looking to add another recruiter to the team who exudes their same passion. 

As a Corporate Recruiter for Workfront, you will help advance our brand and promote Workfront as one of the Best Places to Work. Our recruiting team is focused on adding A-Players to the organization through full-cycle recruitment. Your professionalism, impeccable follow-through, attention to detail and good judgment will be the foundation for building and maintaining relationships, ensuring in-depth understanding of position requirements, and evangelizing process improvements to screen, interview and hire A-Players.

STUFF YOU DO EVERY DAY:

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting processes to include sourcing, engaging the candidate, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Work on a variety of positions from customer experience, sales, development
  • Manage scheduling and executing interview plans for all employees within the company
  • Develop, implement, and manage tactical sourcing strategies 
  • Conduct pre-screen conversations with candidates for positions in the sales organization, to evaluate readiness to be considered as a candidate for hire 
  • Negotiate salaries and make offers to candidates
  • Track and provide sourcing metrics to ensure effective hiring 
  • Research and recommend new sources and tools for both passive and active candidates 

Your Credentials Include:

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience 
  • Technology recruiting experience preferred
  • Fluent in using web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards and applicant tracking tools along with the ability to effectively market positions to target qualified candidates
  • Ability to source passive candidates to include cold calling and building relationships by phone
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
