Product Manager at WorkFront

Workfront has fast become the leading SaaS modern work management software vendor and our growth is through the roof. We help individuals execute their work more efficiently, manage projects more effectively, and easily collaborate with their teams.  The Product Management team is looking for a person to focus on integration capabilities and the Workfront Fusion product line. This position will play a critical role in executing bringing to market, value added integrations between Workfront and other enterprise solutions.  


The Workfront product team is continuing to grow and we have an opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join this team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle for the Workfront Fusion product line. Such product planning must be based upon continuously delivering value to existing and future customers to differentiate the Workfront suite of products.  They will gather, analyze, and prioritize market requirements that align with the product vision and company strategy. The Product Manager will be responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders to deliver and manage product changes. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, collaborative, has strong communication skills, and a strong knowledge of integration technologies and value propositions. They should be able to influence others in order to get things done as they will have no direct authority over them.  The successful candidate will report to a Director of Product Management based in our US headquarters.  


  • Identify, analyze, and research opportunities to bring to market prescriptive integration use cases delivered through the Workfront Fusion platform
  • Serve as a product expert and evangelist for Workfront Fusion and related capabilities including connector ecosystem and core platform capabilities
  • Manage key partner relationships to ensure mutual alignment and effective execution of go to market strategies
  • Maintain technical relationships and roadmap dependencies with other product teams at Workfront and technical partners
  • Understand the needs of current and future customers, professional service implementers, and partners and how they leverage the platform to deliver unique solutions.  
  • Researches best practices and approaches as well as competitive solutions to enterprise integration challenges deployed in B2B scenarios including scale, management, extensibility, flexibility, and security
  • Ensure successful enablement of new capabilities by working collaboratively with multiple functions across the business
  • Understand Agile development processes that ensure quality and produce expected customer outcomes
  • Work with product documentation team to ensure capabilities are adequately documented for internal and customer use
  • Works collaboratively to triage, prioritize, and manage customer and internal defects on the backlog


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a customer-facing role of a technical nature
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a product management role 
  • High competency with SaaS integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, oAuth and other authentication / authorization protocols, 
  • Experience working within a partner ecosystem and related partnerships
  • Experience conducting and analyzing product and market research
  • Knowledge and work experience in Agile methodology 
  • Ability to write technical specifications with a deep understanding of related value
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with iPaaS and/or modern work management platforms
