The Position

Fiverr is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our HR team. To succeed in this role, people and analytics must run in your blood. our main purpose will be shaping the future of our organization by developing and maintaining global C&B programs and processes, overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits. Reporting to the VP of HR.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Fiverr’s global Compensation & Benefit Program 
  • Lead, manage and execute global compensation processes in all compensation elements, including cash and equity programs as well as budget management.
  • Manage and execute LTI/Equity plans
  • Research, evaluate & analyze internal and external data including market trends, best practices, global developments and surveys, and conduct benchmark comparisons.
  • Monitor local regulations, legislation, and benefits trends.
  • Oversee global rewards plans and execution 
  • Support and advise HR team and managers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in global compensation & benefits role from a global company
  • Relevant Academic degree is required
  • Passionate about people and a team player
  • Independent, initiative, creative thinker 
  • A pro, who keeps current on best practices
  • Fluent Hebrew & English speaker
