BlueVine is looking to hire a rockstar Head of Partner Management & Growth to help us scale as we expand our strategic partnerships team. You will lead a talented & growing team responsible for our partnerships strategy, day-to-day partner operations, partner stakeholder management, quarterly and annual goal setting, and program & project management to deliver on our growth targets with partners.
 
The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaborative problem solving, superb people management skills, and substantive experience directly managing strategic & channel partners. Experience in strategy and operations is a plus. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, creativity, strong attention to detail, great project management skills, and a knack for developing consensus around complex issues and driving impact through hands-on execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Help us scale our strategic partnerships by leading our partner management & growth team
    • Drive partnership strategy and set strategic priorities for the team
    • Coach, develop and grow your team to become highly effective operators
    • Develop new methods, processes and approaches to improve how we manage partners
    • Track performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to grow results
    • Manage your own set of Strategic Partners Develop quarterly & annual strategic account plans for key partners
    • Convince partners to buy-in and support your growth agenda with resources & investment
    • Lead implementation of growth initiatives with your partners
    • Own executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders
    • Develop a deep understanding of your partner’s business model, organizational structure, go-to-market strategies, and platform capabilities to influence how we deliver results together
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Product Management to develop and deploy assets that will accelerate partner outcomes (including sales training, marketing campaigns, and platform integration capabilities)
    • Own strategy and planning for your functional domain, reporting into the VP of Business Development & Partnerships

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

    • 8+ years experience in strategic partnerships management, business development, or 10+ years running strategic account management teams in enterprise software
    • Deep experience managing complex strategic partnerships
    • Experience managing and growing teams of high-performing individuals
    • Experience with go-to-market strategy and execution, including developing & implementing marketing and sales enablement programs
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, and ability to develop authentic & credible relationships with partner stakeholders of various backgrounds and levels of seniority
    • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with great attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of humor
    • Highly analytical with the ability to consume, process and transform large amounts of information into actionable insights
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills and ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans
    • Solid business judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and creativity
    • BA required
