As our Talent Development Manager, you will drive the Talent Development strategy and execution for North America, in addition to owning global Talent Development processes and tools. This person will be a member of the Global Talent Development team, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Development and working closely with HRBPs and business leaders to establish and bring to life our people agenda. The person in this role will have significant responsibility in driving highly visible programs and processes. As Groupon continues its focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, we are seeking a Talent Development Manager to craft and deploy programs that support our employees in a competitive talent landscape.

You'll spend your time on the following:
You will manage the global performance management, talent review, and mid-year promotions processes with an eye toward continuous improvement
Ensure global adoption and practical use of Workday, Glint, and other systems
Manage and continually evolve the Pulse Survey program
Evolve our approach to succession and development planning to strengthen the bench of future leaders
Manage vendor relationships and source new vendors as needed
Ensure effective planning, delivery, and evaluation of management and leadership capability programs, with responsibility for North American program operations
Facilitate manager and leadership development programs in North America
Manage a talent development coordinator to ensure efficient and impactful program operations
Partner with HRBPs to bring to life the people agenda for the North America organization
Support the North American HRBPs in the adoption of talent development tools and processes
Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to craft, revise and facilitate new and evolving learning and talent initiatives
We’re excited about you if you have:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of progressive experience in Talent and Leadership Development
You have experience working with HR or business leaders to identify needs and scope solutions
You have strong organizational skills with evidence of successfully managing concurrent projects, ideally across geographies
You take a results-oriented and hands-on approach; you're a self-starter who can execute in a dynamic environment with minimal direction
You demonstrate extreme comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt prior experience to the Groupon landscape and culture
You're a polished and comfortable public speaker with experience in virtual delivery and webinars
Experience in a global, matrix organization
A plus if you have an advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology or related field
A plus if you have a certification in Situational Leadership
A plus if you have people management experience
