The Target RAM is responsible for driving RSi’s adoption and value creation in this exciting andhigh growth program, both with this major retailer partner and the supplier base. This position will develop theprogram further, to create more value for the overall supply chain using specific business processes with benefitfor both Target and the suppliers. The role will apply the opportunity of retailer collaboration and networkeffectively within the CPG’s to make sure we work with the right level of contacts and maximize our impact. TheRAM role must be comfortable in a range of situations; from training teams in key retailer processes, toinfluencing key Retailer Directors on major contract decisions and managing major internal cross-functionalprojects to bring increased value or benefit to the CPG and Retailer teams. This role is located in Minneapolis,MN and reports to the Retail Account Director, Target.
