Trader Account Lead at Sharethrough

We are looking for an expert in the programmatic space with excellent client-facing skills, to join our team as a Trader Account Lead.  You’ll be a partner to our Agency, DSP and Independent Trading Desk clients, with an emphasis around expanding our business. This is a hybrid role where you’ll have the opportunity to host client meetings as well as dive into troubleshooting and optimizations. Internally, you’ll be the go to expert for all topics pertaining to our programmatic client’s success and should feel comfortable building out educational trainings accordingly. 

About the Role

  • Be the Native expert for running campaigns programmatically with Sharethrough. Provide consultative services and offer recommendations and insights to clients on how to improve their campaigns
  • Promote trading expertise and autonomy throughout campaign setup and duration of campaign lifecycle, while providing ongoing support
  • Manage and grow a roster of programmatic accounts
  • Educate ATDs on custom research using STR’s own experience and expertise, as well as custom segmenting, targeting, PMPs
  • Be a point of escalation for the execution of SFA Self Serve campaigns
  • Own and run campaigns that require testing advanced or new functionality
  • Offer technical solutions, generate documentation, and disperse both internally and externally
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, accompanying them on frequent client meetings
  • Create programmatic workshop decks that outline various product offerings to present to senior stakeholders and external audiences (technical and non-technical)

About You

  • 3-4+ years professional experience in the adtech space, preferably in a programmatic, account management, or technical solutions function
  • Deep understanding of programmatic, adtech, self serve, DSPs, SSPs, PMPs
  • Familiarity with major DSPs and how they function
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking
  • Experience with optimization, attribution and other facets of the adtech industry
  • Comfortable creating and leading presentations to educate our clients (internally and externally) about our product offering
  • BS/BA or equivalent
