About the Role

  • Leads, influences and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to determine marketing program needs and opportunities
  • Works closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, set program objectives, and inform planning cycles
  • Develops detailed strategies and plans for marketing programs (including but not limited to; target audience development, strategy and rationale, goals and KPIs, budget and ROI)
  • Personally executes programs across key channels (including but not limited to; sales and business development channels, paid and hosted events, speaking engagements, paid media, content marketing and social, direct marketing (e.g. email, etc))
  • Develops and publishes regular detailed program reporting and analysis for stakeholders
  • Manages external agency, vendor and freelance relationships and projects

About You

  • 7+ years of experience working in B2B marketing or client strategy 
  • Experience owning the end-to-end process for the execution of marketing programs
  • Experience collaborating and planning with business stakeholders
  • Experience with sales/CRM tools (eg Salesforce)
  • Exceptional communicator and writer with an eye for great visual presentation
  • Creative thinker who understands storytelling through multiple media formats
  • Relentless attention to detail
  • Data-driven
  • Experience in a startup environment who is able to wear multiple hats
