Sharethrough is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our Publisher Sales team in New York. The goal of the Publisher Sales team is to help publishers make meaningful revenue from programmatic native.
The role of Publisher Account Manager is critically important to the growth and success of the Sharethrough Exchange and its publisher partners. The role is split between building new publisher relationships and helping our existing key partners earn revenue most effectively.
The ideal Publisher Account Manager has experience with programmatic advertising technologies such Ad Servers, SSPs, Header Bidding, DSPs, etc. and is comfortable thinking strategically and proactively guiding clients through associated processes.
Manage day to day relationships with our publisher partners; everything from onboarding and implementation, all the way to optimization and reporting
Support Publisher Sales team to establish and develop new top tier publisher relationships
Grow revenue for account list by proactively onboarding new sites and inventory as well as performance optimization
Working directly with the Integrations and Solutions team to ensure proper implementation of native placements
Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day publisher questions, including onsite availability & training
Act as a first point of contact for publisher troubleshooting issues and escalate appropriate ones to technical team
Play an active role in strategic account planning and growth of Sharethrough’s key publisher relationships
Work closely with the Product & Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and guide development of new products and features.
Prior SSP or ad tech experience (Required)
Demonstrated understanding of ad serving platforms (DFP, OAS, etc.)
Demonstrated understanding of programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, Header Bidding, etc.)
Self starter with exceptional interpersonal skills
Account Management / Media Strategy experience a plus
