Central Europe Territory Director

Come join App Annie! App Annie is looking for a motivated, high energy, creative and
flexible Central Europe Territory Director to drive growth in DACH and Russia. The right
candidate will have a strong reputation of SaaS sales and direct client contacts within
media & entertainment, e-commerce, travel, retail industries. You’ll be a sales leader with
a proven track record of success and the ability to hire, develop, manage, and motivate a
team of sales professionals to prospect for and close new business. A good knowledge of
the mobile app market is desirable.

Description Responsibilities

● Achieve quarterly revenue targets for the region for New Business, Renewals and
Upsell
● Accurate forecasting of revenue numbers on a monthly and quarterly cadence
● Drive and monitor customer value and develop/maintain strong exec relationships
in order to minimise churn of existing customers in terms of both logos and value
● Develop plans for all vertical industries, solutions, products and geographies.
● Work with Marketing and Inside Sales to develop new opportunities, including
trade shows, speaking opportunities and other lead generation events.
● Ensure deal visibility and accountability at key points in the sales cycle, applying
methodologies such as MEDDIC and Challenger Sales
● Attract top talent to the sales organization
● Hire and onboard individual sales contributors, including allocation of territory
accounts and commensurate compensation plans
● Coaching, mentoring and development of direct reports, both for product
knowledge, sales skills and career development
● Contribute to overall EMEA Revenue Strategy and approach as a key member of
the EMEA Management Team

You

● Bachelor"s degree required, MBA Preferred
● 5+ years of solid experience in Saas, software selling and specifically selling app
related data analytics or tools
● 2+ years of proven experience successfully managing and motivating sales team to
achieve performance goals

● Ability to work and influence effectively across organizations – both internally and
with prospects. Demonstrated success in achieving personal and team sales goals
● Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
● A thorough understanding of the app ecosystem
● Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
● Must be proficient in using Salesforce.com
● Must be a creative solutions thinker who can drive sales success
● Must be detail oriented and flexible
● Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
