Diversity Program Managers at Facebook are passionate connectors and problem solvers. As a Diversity Program Manager, you will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners to find, grow, and keep top diverse talent for Facebook App. We are seeking individuals who are team-oriented and collaborative with a project management mind-set and an interest in diversity. Key to this role is the ability to move fast, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact.

  • Managing diversity and including (D&I) project and program execution directly and through others
  • Executing D&I actions across a range of programs in partnership with Diversity Business Partners, HR Business Partners, and initiative leaders
  • Provide flexible approaches that meet team needs, including the ability to move fast and make progress or navigate blocks quickly
  • Providing clear measurement of progress and encourage contribution to D&I actions by people across a given org
  • Executing actions in the business directly aligned to D&I strategies to increase diverse representation and inclusion
  • Coordinating, tracking and reporting on Facebook App Task Force and team activities
  • Collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback to measure impact and improve efforts
  • Marketing Facebook App D&I Task Force events and opportunities for visibility and participating throughout the org
  • 4+ years of experience as a project manager or program manager
  • Experience with establishing programs, supporting cross-functional teams, and developing relationships across multiple offices
  • Experience communicating with data to drive change
  • Track record of operating independently
  • Experience leading project or programs from end to end
  • Experience in D&I recruiting, development and community-based programming
  • Passion for D&I work and impact
