Associates are the pillars of our Client Services team. They are expected to address the holistic needs of clients to identify and target gaps for strategic solutions, be the foremost experts and champions of our software product, and develop client relationships. Associates will use new quantitative tools and methodologies, and have a direct impact on the exploding growth and the success of Quid.

The Role: Client Success Associates will have a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

  • Onboard new users while asking insightful discovery questions 
  • Ensure clients understand relevant Quid use cases and value proposition (tailored to clients’ workflows)
  • Oversee engagement of an entire team portfolio and devise strategies to promote Quid usage 
  • Develop new ways for companies to leverage Quid to solve strategic questions
  • Analyze complex datasets, produce presentations/reports for strategic engagement projects, and develop insights and recommendations for our clients on an ad-hoc basis
  • Run projects across multiple clients at once 
  • Manage the entire client lifecycle from onboarding to contract renewal
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify, develop, and execute up-sell opportunities
  • Advocate client needs/issues to the product and engineering team to build an exceptional product
Your Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of overall experience 
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with strong academic performance
  • A mix of quantitative and qualitative strengths; you should excel at storytelling with data
  • Highly analytical and process driven
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Comfortable traveling to client sites ~10% of time and presenting to senior stakeholders
