The Facebook Marketing Partner Program manages the ecosystem of companies that provides tools and services to maximize the performance of Facebook marketing for its clients. The diverse ecosystem spans 55 countries and ranges from top global agencies to startup tech companies in developing markets, and works as an integral aspect of Facebook's multi-billion-dollar global advertising business.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on multiple programs for major marketing partners. Projects area’s include partner evaluation, performance management, and risk mitigation. As an expert in the marketing partner ecosystem you will engage with cross functional teams as a partner advocate, drive project execution across multiple organizations, and work closely with the partnerships team on process improvement and strategy. You should also have a deep passion for data-driven problem-solving, product and tool enhancement, experience working with a variety of stakeholders, and feel comfortable in a constantly evolving environment in which you have to manage multiple streams of work.
PROJECT MANAGER, MARKETING PARTNER PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a dedicated project manager for the FB marketing partnerships team and coordinate across multiple work streams to execute against project plans
Demonstrate capabilities to engage directly with partnerships, integrity, and company leadership on strategy and be able to pivot to granular detail within working teams
Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
Manage one or more external vendor including overseeing multiple workstreams and managing deliverables
Promote, manage, and deliver the continuous improvement of project activities and delivery
Propose solutions to process and workflows challenges
Become an expert in the FB marketing partner ecosystem and be able to anticipate and mitigate risks to meeting project milestones
Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams, including product, legal and policy domain knowledge, in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks and solve problems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology or a related field
6+ years of program/project management experience
Experience leading departmental and enterprise-wide projects
Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through close
Experience with creative problem-solving approach
Experience taking an analytical approach to solving business problems
Passion for Facebook and it’s suite of products
Experience working on legal, compliance, or regulatory affairs related initiatives
PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s)
