As a Customer Success Program Admin, you will coordinate all functions in the organizations and make sure they are performing their duties to ensure the customer is realizing the value from the product. Monitoring will start once a PO is received followed by validating that all products were installed. Responsibilities include making sure that our customers are getting through the journey of value process, and that we have periodical touchpoints with each customer, with the right level of people at each customer’s organization. With this comes extensive project management skills and familiarity with driving internal team members. Your projects typically run three to nine months in length. There are structured onboarding plans, monitoring processes and follow up processes, which will be accompanied with constant communication with the entire project team. This is not a customer facing position.
