As a Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting a wide-range of strategic go-to-market initiatives for Gainsight. Your work will be directly tied to executive-level projects and priorities and will have immediate impact on Gainsight’s growth trajectory. You will work closely with the Product Marketing team and other functional leaders to execute responsibilities such as competitive research and positioning, new solution development and rollout, and feature positioning and launch.

What You'll Do

  • Deeply understand our products, their associated use cases, and the value they provide to different types of customers
  • Develop a compelling story strongly positioning our products, features and capabilities across market segments and marketing channels
  • Drive Go-To-Market initiatives and product launch activities by partnering closely with sales, marketing and other stakeholders across the company
  • Build collateral for Sales and Marketing, including Datasheets, PowerPoints, Webpages, etc.
  • Build content and tools needed to support sales cycles
  • Identify emerging use cases in existing customers and produce collateral
  • Deeply research the competition and create tools and training to help sales team position accordingly
  • Get hands-on with the Gainsight product to support configuration of demo environments

Required skills

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of working experience in product marketing, management, management consulting or a similar background
  • Experience writing concise and effective messaging
  • Creating compelling and creative customer-facing presentations in PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with a cross-functional team
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and drive to results quickly
  • Strong attention to detail; stellar project management and multitasking skills
  • Strategic thinker and ability to assess the holistic impact of potential initiatives to the business
  • Ability to get technical with data and the Gainsight product
  • Self-starter and enjoy a fast paced, high-impact, entrepreneurial environment
