Your Mission
In order to help more small businesses with the funding they need to grow, we are working with a panel of lenders across the industry - both traditional and other FinTechs - allowing us to utilise a range of finance products depending on what is most suitable to the customer.  We are looking for an organised, customer centric Support Executive to join the team!

What will you be doing?
You will support the Underwriter and Sales teams to manage applications from initial submission to payout using a combination of software applications and lender portals. Showing a high level of accuracy to write, check and collate client documentation, your role will be central to ensuring we provide a smooth and swift service for our customers.

    Gaining an in-depth knowledge of lender processes and requirements
    Submitting applications via lender portals, collating and sending additional documentation as required
    Ensuring that we package complete applications for our lenders to help us deliver a fast and efficient service to our clients. Working to a target service level
    Working closely with the sales team to help them manage customers through the process increasing conversion through slick administration & customer service, including speaking to customers via email & phone
    Managing applications passed to you by the sales teams ensuring swift processing, and accuracy
    Maintaining our own internal CRM and providing reporting to the team as required
    Seeking opportunities to lead change and improve our operating processes
    Writing lender documentation prior to sending to the client for signing

 

What will you bring to the role?
It is important you are:

    Some experience in a high volume operations or customer support role
    Highly organised and able to organise your day and week to maximise your efficiency
    Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, ability to follow procedures
    You easily connect with people and demonstrate natural interpersonal skills - including teamwork!
    Competitive with a desire to work hard and deliver a high volume of work
    Able to self-motivate as well as contribute to the collective success of the team
    Excited by a fast-paced environment with the ability to ‘think smart’ and adapt quickly
    It would be great, but not essential, if you have experience using Excel and Salesforce, evaluating financial documents, bank statements, identification documents
    We are interested in meeting a diverse range of people - this role would suit both a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years working experience
