Product Marketing Lead, Business Integrity at Facebook

Facebook seeks an experienced leader with a strong background in product marketing to lead a global team focused on Business Integrity products and policies. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled operator, and expert influencer with the demonstrated ability to drive consensus across product, marketing and sales teams. Exceptional executive communication skills and presence are a must. This individual will lead global planning for the portfolio, synthesize market feedback for product development and risk mitigation, and collaborate with key stakeholders to set go-to-market priorities and goals. The ideal candidate will have a history of building and leading high-performing teams, have a passion for ensuring that Facebook remains a safe and trusted environment for people and businesses, and be a cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.

PRODUCT MARKETING LEAD, BUSINESS INTEGRITY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and manage a world-class Product Marketing team
  • Play a key role in developing the holistic business strategy for our Business Integrity products and policies
  • Create multi-year, annual, and semi-annual plans to build trust and mitigate risk through this portfolio of solutions
  • Craft briefing materials and present to executives on a regular basis
  • Distill market feedback into market intelligence that informs product roadmap, consulting with Product teams to help shape feature development based on industry needs and market risks
  • Partner with our global sales channel, agencies, and advertisers to drive understanding and advertiser adoption of products
  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to help roll out new products and features
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of work experience, including work in marketing, general management, product, consulting, communications, or internet technology
  • Management experience along with experience selecting, attracting, motivating, retaining, and developing leaders and team members
  • Experience influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers, and executive communication
  • Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels
  • Analytical and data-driven decision making experience
  • BA/BS degree
