Sales Representative - EMEA (Multilingual) at Revinate

Revinate's Sales team is structured to develop the next level of Sales Leaders in the EMEA region. We have Sales Development Representatives who focus on generating leads, Territory Sales Managers who work on selling to independent hotels and with specific products, and Major Account Executives who lead sales initiatives in a region.

Major Accounts Executive (MAE)

Responsibilities

  • Execute a sales plan for the region
  • Generate and qualify leads within the region
  • Build a healthy and sustainable pipeline to meet aggressive monthly quotas
  • Achieve a monthly revenue number as well as a monthly new business business number
  • Provide hand-off for the post-sale client services team
  • Overseeing the customer proposal process and ensuring that the proposal addresses customer requirements
  • Contribute to the public face of Revinate, attending industry functions, and generally promoting Revinate value
  • Manage and maintain all pipeline/sales related activity within Salesforce.com
  • Work as part of an ‘Integrated Account Team’ to define and deliver a premium customer experience over multiple year engagements

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years in system/solution sales with a strong preference selling in the hospitality space
  • Ideal candidates will bring with them a range of hospitality industry-related contacts and relationships
  • Must be multilingual
  • Demonstrable and proven track record in over-achieving monthly, quarterly and annual quota
  • Must have strong knowledge of social media business related concepts and demonstrate the ability to discuss them with intelligence and conviction
  • Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with key decision makers
  • Formal sales training a must: Solution-Selling and/or Value Selling training preferred

Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Responsibilities

  • Sell Revinate’s product(s) to inbound and outbound accounts in the EMEA region
  • Prospect and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Manage and maintain all pipeline and sales related activity within Salesforce.com
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product to ensure your closing the best deals for Revinate’s success
  • Continuously strive to be a product expert so you can competently speak with Hoteliers through presentations and demos
  • Understand Revinate’s value proposition and how it differentiates from our competitors

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant degree  
  • 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proven background in successfully driving sales and/or business development; historical performance of consistently hitting and/or exceeding quotas and objectives

Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Set up meetings and demos for the Major Account Executive
  • Work closely with your sales reps to maximize efficiency of sales team
  • Prepare meetings for important prospects by drawing up insights of their situation and needs
  • Continually innovate and look for ways to improve lead generation and prospecting efforts
  • Develop creative avenues to gain access to decision makers
  • Meticulously manage prospect data using Salesforce
  • Create a business plan of how you will achieve your goals
  • Participate in trade shows and other corporate promotional programs in support of sales prospecting efforts

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience with lead generation by cold calling prospects
  • Comfortable in prospecting and cold calling new potential customers
  • Ability to speak multiple languages a plus
  • Innovative approaches to calling and emailing
  • Strong team player that also excels as a high-performing individual contributor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales experience through internships or jobs strongly preferred
  • Fast on computer / electronic systems for tracking and recording and finding data
  • Bachelor’s degree
