We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join BlueVine’s  Product Management team and help us launch exciting new features and products that drive real value for our customers. ·         You’ll be responsible for building sophisticated financial products and platforms including our next generation of internal transactional database and reporting platforms

·         Work closely with Finance and R&D to deliver a world-class platform automating our accounting processes

·         Identify the business case for new products and features as well as the enhancement of existing ones through analytics, customer interaction, and feedback from internal stakeholders

·         Define the business as well as technical specifications for new products and features

·         Write clear and concise product specs, features cards, and other product documentation

·         Guide and work closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to verify all products comply with guidelines and specifications

·         Prioritize features and develop appropriate phasing and roll-out plans

·         Drive success for the feature/ product post roll-out


·         4 years experience as a Product Manager in the consumer or SMB space

·         Strong preference to candidates who have built accounting technology products and understanding financial systems

·         Demonstrated track record of launching multiple successful products and features across multiple releases

·         A self-starter with a bias to action, who is able to move projects forward and lead a cross-functional team towards product solutions

·         Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders

·         Exceptional analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis and A/B testing to improve customer experiences

·         Experience managing complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities

·         BS in computer science, engineering or a related technical field

·         Experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL technologies and databases

·         Experience working with money movement systems, and/or financial accounting processes such as transactional data, reconciliation, accounting reports and yearly audit preferred

·         MBA is a plus
