We are looking for a proactive, high performing intern who is seeking meaningful technical challenges and professional growth.
Your responsibilities will include understanding the limits of our material system and developing solutions to overcome those limits. You will learn how different materials impact battery performance, including chemistries relevant to battery cathodes. This role is inherently hands-on, in lab and requires a strong understanding of data analysis and experimental rigor.
Execute experiments to identify materials for high energy density batteries
Optimize electrode materials stable at high voltage
Build and re-design batteries that take advantage of our unique technologies
Other related duties and projects as assigned
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, materials science, or related field
Superb communication skills, both written and oral
Desire to work in fast paced and rapidly changing environment
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
