Groupon is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised person to be responsible for content/copywriting/email build/banner/blog loading in our International Content Coupon team. If you’re commercially aware and have a talent for producing engaging content, this could be for you. 


As a Copywriter, you will have a versatile writing style, with previous experience of writing online and on a variety of subjects. 


As an Administrator, you will have the competency to audit and carry out quality control on brands on our sites, as well as the ability to recognise and upload quality content via affiliate networks, google and competitors. You will ensure that our websites are displaying best-in-market content for our user-base, while ensuring merchant pages are optimised and kept up to date with the latest content. You will work closely with the Account team and be instrumental in the building and writing of emails to our base, as well as banner building. Knowledge of SEO and the affiliate marketing sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Writing unique and engaging copy for individual brand pages & in-market blogs
  • Tailoring your writing style to suit our websites and white labels
  • Keyword research and working with Google Analytics
  • Writing to deadline and to a specific template
  • Researching brands to create unique content that’s engaging to users
  • Complying with our in-house writing style guides
  • Proofreading your own work
  • Uploading content in our CMS editor
  • Taking part in creative meetings and bringing new ideas to the table
  • Administration responsibilities will include:
  • Audit of our onsite content
  • Writing of offer descriptions
  • Uploading content on-site
  • Ensuring that ad-space on the website is up-to-date with suitable creative
  • Identify potential auto-serps and raise with relevant teams
  • Copywriting descriptions for new merchants and offers to be added to the site in-line with SEO

  • Check and use file-maker reports for auditing daily
  • Email creation to our user base
  • Banner building and loading
  • Proactively develop a deep understanding of the mobile marketing sector
  • Proactively develop a deep understanding of the affiliate industry and key trends


We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken
  • Digital marketing skills (CMS, SEO)
  • Photography/Image manipulation
  • English/Writing/Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience of working with brands in the affiliate marketing and/or voucher sector
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK OR have the right to live and work in Poland
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A versatile writing style
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong proofreading skills and a no-nonsense approach to spelling and grammar
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Proven ability to hit deadlines
  • An enthusiastic and collaborative worker
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
