Senior Marketing Manager at Evernote

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage GTM plans for our most impactful product launches, from kick-off to post-launch analysis
  • Help refine and improve marketing requirements, value propositions and strategies,  then actively craft the creative briefs necessary to bring the marketing vision to life.
  • Partner with our internal creative studio on creative concepts, imagery and copy to create stunning campaigns that extend our brand and deliver on top business goals
  • Work cross-functionally with Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, Customer Support and Analytics to create world-class customer journeys that solve real-needs of customers while driving real-world business results
  • Identify new programs and improve processes that create meaningful efficiencies in the launch operations of our go-to-market teams
  • Deliver consistent, useful  internal communications that  ensure stakeholders throughout the company understand timelines, expectations and objectives of programs and product launches

What you’ve done:

  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • At least 5-8 years of marketing experience; demonstrated success in project or program management is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading multiple complex projects, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines to meet the needs of our growing organization
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a mindset that loves data
  • Ability to effectively gather cross-functional requirements and successfully distill them into measurable activities that deliver results
  • Direct experience in effectively planning, delivering, and measuring digital or go-to-market campaigns
  • Conceived and successfully launched large-scale go-to-market and marketing campaigns
  • Built delightful, measurable and on-brand customer journeys and experiences that drive activation, engagement and retention
  • Developed compelling value propositions and messaging and guided creative teams in building the assets needed to bring those messages to life
