THE ROLE/JOB SUMMARY

Based in Amsterdam, the Hospitality Implementations Project Manager works with new and existing customers to onboard Revinate’s full suite of products and ensure long-term success. 

The role is a blend of project and stakeholder management, application configuration, customer-facing communication and consultation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapts to new technology and can manage simultaneous projects with varying deadlines. 

Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and help establish and refine the processes and systems required to scale our professional services organization. Given the dynamic nature of hospitality and the constant demand for new technology, you will embrace change, be a self-starter and go above and beyond the call of duty to drive results for our customers. 

YOU WILL

  • Work directly with hotel customers to implement Revinate products using their specific hotel’s strategy
  • Independently manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables throughout the implementation period to ensure key milestones are met on-time
  • Create and improve internal SOPs in order to provide better service and adapt to continuous product changes (we have releases every 2 weeks)
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and our internal product team to advocate for requested product enhancements
  • Coordinate with outside hospitality vendors (i.e. PMS, RMS) to ensure integrations, and other critical components, are completed on time
  • Use critical thinking to solve for non-standard requests
  • Provide custom training to customers as needed
  • Travel as needed (5% or less)

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the following areas:
    • Hands-on project management experience with customer-facing SaaS technology 
    • Hotel Operations or Hospitality Marketing 
    • Experience utilizing hotel systems such as OPERA, roomMaster, Maestro, etc.
    • Creating and managing digital email marketing campaigns 
    • Experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp, TravelClick, Digital Alchemy or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Ability to simultaneously manage timelines, deliverables and overall projects for multiple customer engagements
  • Tech-savvy, interested in learning new products and technologies
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate internal “slang” for the customer to understand
  • Constant discipline to follow-up (internally and externally)
  • Experience collaborating with individuals across an organization
  • German language proficiency is a plus, but not required
  • Self starter,  who enjoys working in customer-facing roles and team environment
