As part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with our member community to guide them through the search, tour, and booking of the perfect workspace in the LiquidSpace network. The LiquidSpace network is the largest marketplace for startups, corporate employees, and growing teams to find high-quality desks, offices, and team space to be reserved for an hour to three years. This position will be front-line as a LiquidSpace Concierge managing inbound lead activity; interacting with our members in their discovery, selection, and booking of their next workspace.
What you will do:
Proactively engage directly with individual members and strategic member groups to ensure successful and positive end-to-end experience from the initial search, tour, and book on the LiquidSpace platform
Demonstrate strong sales/service engagement to make the perfect match of space need and available space
Meet or exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
Manage individual productivity through effective use of sales force automation and lead tracking tools such as Pipedrive and other CRM tools.
Develop a strong knowledge of and personal relationships with LiquidSpace’s venue partners in identified core markets
Develop and maintain expertise on our product with the ability to explain key features, benefits.
You will have 2+ years telesales/sales or customer support experience
You are a tech-savvy genius who has experience in all sorts of internet applications
You have a proven history of meeting or exceeding goals.
You have a passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact
You have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
You are outgoing, personable, and able to communicate professionally at all levels of an organization.
