What We Need

In your role as our Digital Designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of collaborating with marketing, lead generation and other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital spaces. One of the key aspects of your role is creating clean, modern, digital assets for a wide range of properties, including our website, landing pages, social media, and display advertising. You will be working closely with our Creative Director, Web Developers and other Integrated Marketing team. Experience in a SaaS and/or healthcare space is a huge plus.


As our digital designer, your responsibilities will include designing digital assets, testing them, and optimizing them based on their performance. Responsibilities also include staying up to date on industry trends and the latest digital design software.


Your Area of Focus

  • Participate in design discussions, give feedback during kickoff and strategy meetings.
  • Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Test assets and optimize based on their performance.
  • Iterate new designs based on lead gen team and user feedback.
  • Create digital assets (static, animated, etc.) for a range of platforms (social, display ads, websites, landing pages)
  • Create assets from wireframes to comps to final delivery and handoff.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all online properties.
  • Create email designs for CRM programs and coordinate the creation of templates in HTML/CSS.
  • Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts.
  • Create and execute concepts for digital and social advertising.
  • Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for digital innovation.
  • Respond to issues with site functionality, dead links, SEO opportunities, etc.
  • Take ownership of the brand and design across our digital properties.


Your Qualifications

  • Possess a clean, modern portfolio of 5-7+ pieces that displays expert knowledge of
  • responsive web design, layout, UI/UX, navigation, and branding with a keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced skills in digital design tools, including but not limited to:
  • Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud (Ai, Ps, Id, Xd, An, Pr, etc.), etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS. The ability to convert designs into HTML/CSS/JS, is a huge plus.
  • Strong knowledge of current best practices and web production techniques.
  • Experience with user-centered design, prototyping, testing and optimization.
  • A solid understanding of visual design principles, with proven digital content skills.
  • Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target demographics.
  • Very familiar with design thinking process, design systems and digital production.
  • Experience working directly with developers to implement designs.
  • Ability to work in a small, collaborative team environment.
  • Relevant degree or years’ experience preferred.
  • Ability to be on-site in sunny Irvine, CA with opportunities to work remotely.
