We're looking for that one-of-a-kind manager to lead our successful Inside Sales Team. You will have the opportunity to manage a team of quota achievers who are hungry to learn and reach new heights.
As the Manager of the SDR and AE Teams at BlueVine, you will have the opportunity to grow your career with a fast moving, well-funded FinTech startup. To do so, you will be responsible for the team's ability to exceed targets on a consistent basis while staying focused on the company's overall direction and success. This is a fast sales cycle, and we have a culture that is "Go Go Go". Our ideal candidate can not only keep up, but can also speed us up and slow us down as needed.

      • 1:1 Coaching
      • Call review training
      • Manage monthly funding and qualify targets
      • Monitor team follow-ups
      • Measure and track conversion rates
      • Implement standards that generate efficiency

    • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
    • Mentally strong individual who is energetic and enjoys motivating others
    • Strong leadership skills developed to deal diverse team of closers
    • Always hungry - like a cheetah who hasn't eaten for days
    • Enjoys the hunt and likes to move quickly, yet methodically
    • Loves small business owners as much as numbers
    • A team player and a coach
    • A quick thinker and a fast learner - can use data to make a point effect policy change
    • Great communication skills - in addition to managing core team members, regular dialogue with key stakeholders including Legal, Business Development, Risk, and Executives
