We’re looking for an IT Administrator to join our new Salt Lake City, Utah Office. 

You’ll work with a talented worldwide team who are pushing the envelope with exciting technologies, and who are incredibly receptive to new ideas. You’ll be collaborating with a growing IT Department to drive the impactful changes and initiatives we have planned for 2020. This is a high visibility position where you will be the face of Support and Services in a growing office. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support local and remote employees with tech needs - via tickets, walk-ups, and slack messages
  • Manage projects and tasks to completion
  • Build resources, internal documentation, and help establish procedures
  • Assist in supporting a growing IT Infrastructure - including managed network troubleshooting, computer diagnostics, application support, and a/v troubleshooting. 
  • Key person for Onboarding and Offboarding duties (Computer configuration, account management, software installations) 
  • Forecast, and plan ahead for growth, new hires, etc. 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 4+ years Experience providing IT Support to employees (Startup experience is a bonus)
  • 4+ years Experience supporting Mac and Windows systems (OS issues, updates, encryption, reading crash logs, profile migrations, etc)
  • 2+ year Experience supporting Video Conferencing and Phone Systems (Mitel, Polycom, etc)  
  • Friendly and flexible mindset - being able keep up with the pace of a high growth start-up 
  • Approachable and able to convey technical concepts in layman's terms 

Nice to Haves

  • G-suite experience (administration, user management, etc)
  • Experience working with teams in multiple offices.
