The BlueVine Talent team is growing and we’re looking for an exceptional Recruiter to help support BlueVine’s next phase of growth.
As a Recruiter, you must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against an aggressive timeline. You have the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines with calm, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency when necessary all while providing an amazing hiring manager and candidate experience.     • Exemplify BlueVine's culture to potential candidates and promote our reputation as a great place to work
    • Perform full-cycle recruitment and act as the point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process
    • Conduct recruitment launch meetings with hiring managers to set expectations and maintain ongoing communication throughout the process
    • Advise hiring teams on policies, processes, and compliance with recruiting initiatives
    • Design and execute a creative sourcing strategy to build a pipeline of diverse and highly qualified candidates through referrals, pro-active market research, and ongoing relationship management
    • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
    • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
    • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top-performing candidates


    • Ability to execute a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
    • Minimum 3+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting through an agency or in-house role
    • Proven ability to assess talent and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit, and not just sell the role
    • ATS experience required (Greenhouse ideally)
    • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches
    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nimble environment
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
  • Nice to Haves
    • Experience recruiting in the SF Bay Area market
    • Greenhouse  ATS experience
    • Exposure to talent acquisition for tech, financial services, and sales teams
    • Strong analytical skills
    • A mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus
