BlueVine is looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth of our  Invoice Factoring product through our large and rapidly expanding ISO channel. These ISOs sell BlueVine’s line of credit, invoice factoring, and term loan product in a distributed sales model that has massive scaling potential for BlueVine.  The ideal candidate for the role is a results-driven individual with strong channel sales experience, superb communication skills, and the ability to build influence and sales momentum through partnerships. In this role you will focus on sourcing large & complex Invoice Factoring opportunities for BlueVine through our network of ISO partners, by educating, incentivizing, and building relationships with our ISO partners.
  • Identify ISO partners in our network that have high potential for driving large Invoice Factoring opportunities
  • Build & close your pipeline of prospective factoring partnership opportunities, and then aggressively pursue the highest value relationships
  • Educate partner executives & sales teams on how to identify and sell our factoring product
  • Work with partners to assist prospects throughout the sales cycle, starting with the completion of a financing application and ending when the  prospect takes funding
  • Work closely with our internal sales, risk, and product teams
  • Meet with our ISO channel partners regularly around the country and be a professional representative of the company


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in fast-paced sales role specializing in Invoice factoring
  • Direct experience working with ISO’s (Independent Sales Organizations)
  • Goal oriented – has excelled in a quota-based environmentAbility to be an individual contributor and a team leader
  • Creative thinker and skilled negotiator
  • Well-rounded skill set (strategy, sales, negotiation, and implementation)
  • Experience in a fast-growing, fast-moving startup environment a plus
