We are looking to add a Senior Manager of FP&A to our Strategic Finance team who will manage key financial processes and be a trusted partner to other teams within BlueVine.  This person will work closely with functional leaders while developing and ensuring the accuracy of various financial models that will drive operational and strategic decisions.
You should have a curious and analytical mind and FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.  A desire to learn and make an impact, excellent communication skills, and attention to every detail.  


    • Manage key financial processes, including annual budgeting, monthly performance analysis, financial planning, and product forecasting   
    • Provide management with regular, data-driven insight into company and team performance
    • Deliver quarterly management and Board reporting
    • Implement new FP&A software and use it to optimize existing activities 
    • Be a trusted partner with the rest of the Finance team to improve productivity and accuracy and provide strategic insight 
    • Execute ad-hoc analytical projects to support key strategic decisions


    • BA/BS degree
    • 5-8 years of relevant experience in analytical corporate finance roles, including corporate FP&A, private equity, and investment banking
    • An analytical and curious personality and an interest in learning about fintech
    • Demonstrated experience executing independently and leading complex, cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to influence others in the company 
    • Deep and functional understanding of GAAP accounting and corporate finance concepts 
    • A commitment to detail and accuracy
    • Experience with Anaplan is a plus
