We are looking for a strong L&D professional to join our growing team as our Training and Development Lead. In this role you will oversee the building and delivery of training content across a number of projects and portfolios to support the deployment of technology solutions across our organization. This role interacts with all levels of employees, managers and leadership in the planning and delivery of programs. You will lead the analysis of current skills to identify skill gaps and works to prioritize skills training and development imperatives. In this role, you will use your knowledge and experience of training strategy, design and development to ensure successful technology adoption and a positive end user experience.
What you will do:
Create curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals
Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
Develop training content for blended learning that target tangible results
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
Collaborate with managers to assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
Effectively communicate with team members and management
Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
What you bring with you:
A minimum of 7 years in creating and delivering in-house training.
A minimum of 2 years in a lead role
A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or relevant field
Experience with creating e-Learning content using Articulate, Adobe Captivate or similar tools
Experience with configuring and managing the content within a Learning Management System
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
