Sales Enablement Manager at Axiom

The primary objective of the Sales Enablement team is to drive sales productivity and effectiveness by ensuring that every Axiom salesperson has access to the information, content, and tools to help them sell more effectively. The Sales Enablement team serves Axiom’s sales teams globally.
The Role:

This is a unique opportunity for somebody who is not looking for a client-facing sales role, but who thrives from working as part of a high-growth, fast paced sales environment.

Working closely with the rest of the Sales Enablement team, this hands-on role will get involved in a broad range of workstreams to make our sales teams more effective, including:
Sales Onboarding:

    Provide an effective onboarding experience for new hires, including training alignment with managers and monthly check-ins with new hires.
    Manage new sales hires through the onboarding program, tracking absorption of content, measuring levels of interaction, and ensuring they are ‘certified’ to meet clients.
    Provide monthly reporting dashboard to Commercial Leadership Team, highlighting any areas of concern and measuring new hire progress against global and industry benchmarks.
    Keep sales onboarding content updated to ensure new hires are informed and fully trained to the latest information and service offerings.

Ongoing Training:

    Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps or opportunities, and define the most appropriate solutions at the individual, team and department levels
    Build relationships across the business and partner closely with leadership to understand strategic business goals and core competencies for each role to ensure that appropriate learning solutions are designed and implemented

Desired Experience, Skills & Abilities:

    Bachelor’s degree
    4+ years work experience within a high-performing, fast-paced B2B sales organization or professional services firm in a sales, sales enablement or learning and development role.
    A strong understanding of a dynamic B2B sales environment and how sales professionals operate and leverage materials, tools and training.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Immaculate attention to detail and very high standard of work product.
    Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    High aptitude for learning about new products and services.
    Ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and adjacent groups.
    Tech-savvy, ideally with experiencing managing online content repositories and Learning Management Systems. Familiarity with Salesforce is desirable.
