The Role

The Talent Associate plays an integral role in the overall success of the company and our ability to grow our talent and expand our business in Singapore and the wider Asia region. This is a position for someone who loves to connect with people, exhibits outstanding judgment and professionalism and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, this role will be responsible for:

    End to end recruitment of our legal consultant employee bench, including screening applicants, conducting interviews, internal database management, and providing ideas for enhancement or change
    Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates by direct sourcing, pro-active market research and cultivating relationships / maintaining close communication with external recruiters
    Working closely with our sales team to analyse client demand and support hiring strategies based on practice area and experience level
    Meeting hiring targets and wider recruitment KPIs to ensure a consistent, relevant pipeline of candidates
    Setting an example as the face of our brand; building a community of values-committed (thoughtful, fresh, committed, and irresistible) legal professionals on a mission to change our industry

What we are looking for from you

Beyond these characteristics, the following are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education:

    Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier college / university
    Experience in a recruitment / candidate sourcing role, gained either in house or an agency
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Excellent attention to detail
    A tremendous amount of initiative, multi-tasking and organisational skills
    Superb time management, decision-making and problem-solving skills
    Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
    Genuine interest in the Axiom model and the future of “new model” firms, and their place in the changing legal landscape
    Fluency in English
