LeanData is looking for a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead and build a team of driven product marketers responsible for the messaging, packaging, and delivery of our products to market. The Vice President of Product Marketing will also be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall product marketing strategy. They will work closely with senior leadership from Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams on the overall strategy for promoting the company's products and offerings. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, a great storyteller, and a seasoned people leader. 

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and manage a team of product marketers to ensure the success of product positioning, go to market, and adoption

Hire and train new team members

Regularly give feedback to the team

Conduct employee evaluations based on previously determined KPIs

Make data-driven decisions to drive product adoption and hit company goals

Develop and implement the strategy for pricing, messaging, packaging, promotion, and selling of our products

Train and support enablement, sales, and customer teams 

Serve as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking at events

Keep the company up-to-date with market trends and competition

Requirements:

Deep expertise in the B2B sales and/or marketing technology space

10+ years of product marketing experience, including launching new products and features

5+ years of team leadership

Be hands-on with sales and marketing tools like Salesforce and Marketing /  Marketing Automation

Comfortable putting together presentations and presenting to large audiences (internally and externally)

Experience taking products to market, articulating product value, and telling customer stories

Build, motivate, and retain a high-performance team

Bonus points if you have:

Bachelors or Masters degree

SaaS experience
