About the role

Zillow Group operates the largest rental network on the web, helping millions of renters find their dream home, and empowering landlords and property managers to provide a great experience for their current and future tenants.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for working collaboratively and iteratively with business, design and engineering teams to develop strategies, concepts, product roadmaps, and high fidelity deliverables.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited to solve real user problems and craft compelling experiences, across a variety of platforms and mediums, including mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop.

Who you are

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience designing, shipping and iterating on digital products as an in-house designer
  • You have proficiency in standard web design and prototyping software and tools (such as InVision and Sketch)
  • You have a portfolio that showcases your experience, including user-centered design processes, wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity screen shots, and design specs
  • You can independently lead all aspects of the design process from conception to completion
  • You have strong communication skills and a track record of effectively advocating for and evangelizing user-centered design
  • You enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders – including business strategists, researchers, designers, and engineers – on complex problems
  • You have facilitated design sprints and other collaborative working sessions
  • You can mentor other designers through the design process
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
